Comprehensive educational programs provided through various classes.

    What We Offer

We also offer various programs apart from academics approaches.

    Early Childhood Development (ECD) Classes

Kopila Nepa operates Early Childhood Development (ECD) classes for children aged 2.5–4years, nurturing their foundational learning and social-emotional development. The classes emphasize play-based and interactive learning, encouraging creativity, curiosity, and confidence.
Activities such as storytelling, art, music, and group play help children develop pre-literacy, numeracy, and communication skills. The program prepares children to transition successfully into primary school with enthusiasm and readiness to learn.

    Kopila Preparatory Classes

The Classes are designed for children, up to grade 5, who have been out of school or whose education has been interrupted, especially those from migrant, marginalized, or brick kiln worker families.
The program focuses on the prescribed curriculum of the government, so that children can reintegrate into mainstream schools without feeling left behind. Teachers assess each child’s level and tailor lessons to help them regain confidence and reach grade-level competency.

Kopila CP (Cerebral Palsy) Day Care Center

The Kopila CP Day Care Center supports children with Cerebral Palsy and other developmental challenges through:

    • Physiotherapy and speech therapy sessions by trained specialists.
    • Regular medical checkups and consultations with health professionals.
    • Therapeutic play-based learning tailored to each child’s needs.
    • Parental guidance sessions for at-home care and inclusion practices.

This center provides a safe, nurturing space for children with special needs to develop essential skills and improve their quality of life.

Online Class Sessions for Passed-Out Children

Recognizing that some children return to their home villages after completing their time at Kopila Nepa, the organization has introduced online learning sessions to maintain academic continuity.
These virtual classes provide ongoing support to passed-out students who are now studying in their villages, helping them stay connected with teachers, mentors, and peers. Through digital platforms, Kopila Nepa monitors their progress, assists with homework, and provides motivation to prevent school dropout after migration.
This innovative approach ensures that the organization’s support extends beyond physical boundaries, sustaining long-term educational success.

Sewing Training for Local and Migrant Women

Kopila Nepa also empowers local and migrant women by providing sewing and tailoring training. The initiative equips women with marketable skills for income generation and self-reliance.
Participants learn cutting, stitching, machine operation, and design-making. After completing the training, many start home-based tailoring businesses or join cooperatives, supporting their families economically and gaining social empowerment within their communities.

    Nutritious Meal Every Day

Kopila Nepa offers nutritious meal to children everyday. Food that are healthy and provide children with the energy to learn throughout the day is what we keep in mind while providing them with the food.

    Health Check Up and Medicine

Students in Kopila Nepa have regular health checkups. For students that are enrolled in the CP Day Care, we have weekly therapy classes and other checkups.

    Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning

Kopila Nepa emphasizes continuous improvement through regular monitoring of attendance, academic progress, psychosocial wellbeing, and family engagement.
Feedback from students, parents, and partner schools is integrated into planning to refine interventions. This ensures transparency, accountability, and measurable impact in all programs.

    Community Awareness & Parental Engagement

Kopila Nepa conducts awareness sessions and workshops for parents, caregivers, and community members on key topics such as:

    • Importance of education and consistent school attendance.
    • Safe migration practices and prevention of child labor.
    • Child protection and rights awareness.

These sessions strengthen the relationship between families and schools, fostering collective responsibility for children’s wellbeing and learning.

    Home Visits and Family Counselling

Teachers and social workers conduct home visits to better understand children’s home environments, challenges, and family dynamics.
These visits help build trust, encourage parental involvement, and identify barriers to attendance or learning.
Through direct engagement and counseling, families receive personalized guidance on supporting their children’s education and wellbeing.

    Follow-Up Support for Graduates

After children transition to formal schools, Kopila Nepa maintains follow-up support through home and school visits, mentoring, and periodic assessments.
This ongoing connection helps identify early signs of dropout risk and provides timely academic or psychosocial assistance.
Combined with online learning sessions, this follow-up ensures that children continue to thrive even after leaving the center.
